Harlem's Helping Hands (H3) is dedicated to empowering Toledo families through comprehensive programs. We focus on youth development, senior celebration, food access, wellness initiatives, and fostering community healing. Our goal is to create pathways for lasting impact and community belonging.

H3 envisions Toledo neighborhoods where young people are supported, seniors are celebrated, families can reach the resources they need, and community care creates stronger relationships across generations. We envision a city where healing grows through connection, hope grows through opportunity, and helping one another
